Event PR Support at NAB 2026

Attending a massive trade show like NAB is a serious investment. Between building out an engaging booth, flying in your team, and launching new product updates, the pressure is on to make sure your brand is talked about at the show. However, capturing meaningful media attention can feel overwhelming for in-house teams who are already juggling show logistics, which is why we’ve spent the last 25 years helping companies with strategic event PR support.

As a global leader in real-time visual production and broadcast technology, Disguise already had the leading tools; they just needed a dedicated team on the show floor to make sure the industry’s top journalists took notice. That’s where we stepped in. By taking on the heavy lifting of media outreach, press scheduling, and relationship building, we helped put Disguise’s team in front of top-tier journalists. Here’s a look at how our strategic event PR support helped Disguise double down on media engagement and shatter expectations at NAB 2026, resulting in broadcast coverage accounting for 41% of the company’s total media footprint for the year.

Through a combination of proactive press pitching and hands-on booth coordination, we set out to elevate Disguise’s NAB presence across print, digital, and broadcast media. The effort paid off immediately.

Disguise hosted 30 one-on-one press interviews right at the booth, nearly doubling their interview count from IBC 2025. These meetings opened the doors to crucial new media relationships, introducing them to influential outlets like DIY Photography and Filmmaker Magazine. Beyond traditional press, the booth became an active hub for digital content creation. Our team coordinated eight on-site press and influencer video shoots. And for those who couldn’t make it to the show, a dedicated video tour on NAB Live brought the booth experience to remote attendees.

The booth presence extended into print and show-daily channels as well. We helped Disguise land five feature stories across the April print editions of Broadcast Pro ME, Definition, Post Magazine, and PLSN, all of which were freely distributed to showgoers throughout the event. On top of that, Disguise was highlighted across two separate issues of NAB Daily, keeping the brand top-of-mind for attendees every day of the show.

A successful show presence proves that the right agency support does more than generate share of voice—it can reshape your narrative in your company’s industry.
