When a local real estate company came to Liaison looking for help with their social presence – highlighting everything from eye-catching 3D renderings to a branded virtual reality bike ride through the still-under-construction neighborhood – we knew we could reach their goals and then some.  

After we figured out the company’s messaging and aesthetic, it was time to populate their social feeds with posts that would stop the scroll and communicate their story to their most valuable customers. Within the first 6 months we had smashed through the goals they set for the year, with a 60% increase in followers, 65% increase in engagement, and 145% increase in reach and impressions.

Then COVID-19 hit, Oregon went into lockdown, and we were faced with the sobering reality of using social media to convert buyers used to touring potential real estate purchases in person. Through a series of Facebook Live videos, 360° virtual tours, and a targeted paid social ad campaign that brought in 856 leads and nearly 8,000 website visits in just 6 months, we helped the client meet their sales goals even in a profoundly difficult year.
